Angling Direct are doing these for £299. I’ve managed to haggle a few shops down to £250 in the past.

Weston spools ruin 'em IMO . . .Go original . . .the gold ones look great on the Black Edition reels as well . . .! You can still QD them with a Reel Kings cap or similar . . .

Weirdly, nobody’s thumbs are visible to me, not even my own? 🤔

Edit: my bad, on the new forum version, it’s the green tick box 🤦🏼‍♂️

No thumbs up?

That's something I should sort...anyone who's Premium can go straight into Classifieds and bypass the 100post/x month rule.
That rule was only put in place to stop anonymous people joining and scamming someone, then disappearing with money...

You have a thumb now, I will go and ensure all other Premium members have the thumb too 👍

Agreed, if you aren't in a hurry they're regularly discounted by tft to about 50 quid more than them for new

Sound a little expensive to me - you should be looking to pay under £200 per reel for a minter IMO

Hi mate, yeah iv had crosscasts before was decent reels for the money, iv had most decent diawa/shims over the years, I don’t use Facebook so I don’t realy know the 2nd hand market price of things I think I sold 3 tourneys for 550 quid about 3 years ago, mine were just standard spools. I don’t have a thumbs up so can’t use the classified section. 👍

There's some Daiwa Crosscasts for sale in the classifieds for about £200 and you can't go wrong.

Hi I’m in the market for a pair of reels, I’m just getting back out there fishing after an 18month break seen these on eBay, is it a fair deal? Iv had a set of tourneys before years ago and got rid of them due to the original shark tooth clip and they obviously weren’t QD
