Nash Cling-On, or the Bank Tackle one. Both splice really easily and are nice and supple and sink well. Just as a matter of course, I always add a tiny blob of putty just below the top splice, where I tie the mainline. It just makes that end of the leader slightly heavier, ensuring it stays pinned down.

Thinking Anglers one is good, as is the Nash - would use both with confidence. The latter is a little wider and so easier to splice in my experience

Get some cheapo china lead free.
It has some sort of shiny metal inside that easily slides out if you want to use it without.
I have used it with the tin stuff inside, and without and its decent.
